Return & Refund Policy

At Raf Appliances Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the following policy:

❌ Returns Are Not Accepted In The Following Cases:

• Items returned without prior approval

• Orders older than 7 days from delivery date

• Products without original packaging

• Used, installed, or washed items

• Physically damaged products (not caused by shipping)

• Items marked as non-returnable

• Missing accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or freebies

✅ Conditions For Eligible Returns

A product may be considered for return only if:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• All original tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and freebies are included

• The product is returned in its original, undamaged box

• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, Raf Appliances Pakistan reserves the right to reject the return and send it back to the customer.

🔍 Valid Reasons For Return

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during shipping

• The product delivered was incorrect

• The order was incomplete or missing items

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval by our Quality Control Department

• The refund amount will be equal to the product price only

• Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval

• ❗ Shipping charges are non-refundable

• ❗ Payment gateway / processing fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
